SUMMARY:Multiculturalism Day Celebration
DESCRIPTION:We proudly celebrated the cultures\, traditions\, and stories that strengthen our communities and bring people together. As the Edmonton Multicultural Coalition\, we were pleased to collaborate with IHLA and the City of Edmonton Archives to honour multiculturalism and promote diversity\, connection\, and belonging. \nThe celebration featured vibrant performances representing cultures from India\, Ukraine\, Greece\, Ethiopia\, China\, Congo\, Liberia\, and many others. Through music\, dance\, poetry\, and artistic expression\, performers showcased the richness of their cultural heritage and highlighted the beauty of our shared community. \nThe event served as a meaningful opportunity for people from diverse backgrounds to come together\, learn from one another\, and celebrate the many cultures that make Edmonton such a vibrant and welcoming city.
