SUMMARY:Women’s Health Physical Fitness
DESCRIPTION:Bridges of Equity: Know Your Worth\nWe had the honour of hosting Bridges of Equity: Know Your Worth\, an inspiring anti-racism workshop that brought women from our community together to connect through shared experiences\, circle dialogues\, and meaningful conversations about addressing racism in everyday life. \nThe workshop created a safe and supportive space for women to learn\, heal\, and grow together. Combining empowerment\, reflection\, mat Pilates\, and matcha with thoughtful discussions\, the event fostered personal growth\, resilience\, and community connection. \nParticipants were encouraged to reflect on their experiences\, share their stories if they wished\, and reconnect with the value and strength they have always carried within themselves. The day was a powerful reminder of the importance of equity\, belonging\, and self-worth \n\n		\n		\n			\n				\n			\n			\n				\n			\n			\n				\n			\n			\n				\n			\n			\n				\n			\n			\n				\n			\n			\n				\n			\n			\n				\n			\n			\n		\n\n. \n
